Firm Body Sculpting

Hello Neighbor,

Firm body sculpting is all the rage now.  Laura, my daughter, has become a fanatic follower of body sculpting for woman.  She has taken her post delivery body (that’s Katy} and transformed it into a firm and fit body through using the core exercises for women that she got by applying the firm body sculpting basics available in aerobic workout videos and an aerobic workout DVD.  She started with a tone up stomach exercise and graduated to a program that did promote a women body sculpting program.  Listed below are several things you should consider in your diet as you’re developing the firm body sculpt.

 A balanced diet is important for losing fat from your body. Eating fibrous foods is important you should eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. Foods containing anti-oxidants are always critical to a solid weight loss program.

Instead of eating three large meals a day you should consider eating six to eight smaller meals a day, this will help in boosting your metabolic rate.

It would be most beneficial if you include casein and whey in your diet as a protein supplement.

It is also important that you drink more than 8 glasses of water each day.

Aerobic activity such as running and bicycling are key activities to a successful regimen of exercise and diet.  This will be critical to you firm body sculpting program, you may want to include a treadmill or stationary bike in your routine which allows you to do it at home.

Before engaging in your weight lifting program you should do a short routine of stretching exercises.  This will prove beneficial to your overall performance and comfort in your workout program and will result in increased flexibility.

By incorporating the firm exercise DVD in your program you will have the benefit of being paced by a professional instructor.  You should start with your stretching routine then move to the aerobic exercises and end with the weight training followed by a wind down stretching program.
